Having started as a foreign exchange trader in the City of London more than 25 years ago, Michael's career has included working as a currency and investment advisor to major banks and investment houses and running the UK division of an Israeli educational technology company.
Working as a consultant for a UK university he ran commercial activities, concentrating on professional development for broadcast engineers and media practitioners, wrote two undergraduate degrees and ran a successful Apple Approved Training Center for the university’s commercial arm. He secured funding for, and ran, several large European Union funded projects supporting freelancers in the creative industries.
Working for a university enterprise hub, he has worked with and advised over 100 technology start-up and next stage growth companies.
His current focus is on, consulting with technology companies to understand their learning and development needs and developing, designing and where relevant delivering both classroom-based and asynchronous (online self-study) training courses on a range of subjects for customer facing professionals.
HIs relaxed but dynamic training delivery style ensures maximum engagement by students. He enjoys the challenge of creating measurable value in every course he develops and delivers, which is achieved through a close understanding of the required outcomes for each training program he creates.
